DEPOSIT

Q: Is a deposit required when booking a shoot?

A: Yes, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your shoot day. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

LOCATION

Q: How are shoot locations arranged?

A: You the Client are responsible for organizing and booking locations before the shoot. We do have a location available in Sydney on the Northen Beaches. We can offer suggestions for alternate locations if needed.

PARKING

Q: Who covers parking costs on the day of the shoot?

A: You the Client are responsible for covering all car parking costs incurred by the photographer and makeup artists on the shoot day.All Valet and parking station costs/meter costs will be covered in full.

PHOTOS

Q: When will i receive my photos from the shoot?

A. All photos taken on the day of the shoot will be sent to you by way of a digital transfer link, generally within 24 hours of your shoot.

RETOUCHING

Q: What resolution are the retouched images included in the portfolio packages?

A: Retouched images in the portfolio packages are high-quality, low-resolution. If high-resolution images are required, please notify us during image selection additional charges may apply. Retouching requirements can be submitted via our retouching page for efficient image delivery.

B: Generally retouching will be completed and back to you within 14 days or less, from the day you send through your requests by email richard@richardarthur.com.au or text 0414980570 .

PREPARING FOR YOUR SHOOT

Q: Are there specific preparations for nails, hair, and tan before the shoot?

• Nails: Ensure your nails and toes are freshly manicured for a striking look.

• Hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair . If using clip-ins, ensure they are washed and dry.

• Tan: If opting for a tan, ensure it's fresh and not blotchy or peeling.

• Please be on time for your shoot as other sessions may be scheduled after yours, to avoid disappointment.

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY

Q: What should I bring for the shoot day?

• Heels: Bring a selection of heels (black, nude, or colored) for the best leg line. If wearing stockings, bring closed-toe shoes if posible.

• Outfits: Depending on the shoot and location, bring a variety of clothes, lingerie, stockings, suspenders, swimwear, and matching jewelry.

SOME TIPS

• For added hair volume or length, consider bringing clip-ins.

• If wearing suspenders, ensure you have purchased stockings (not stay-ups).

• Achieve glowing skin by drinking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water every morning. This can also help reduce bloating. Start this routine as soon as you decide to book your shoot.
